He was predeceased by: his parent Mary A; his siblings, Cedric D. Tall, Carolyn T. Brown and Beverly A; and his nephews, Montrel D. Tall and Antonio Smith.
He is survived by: his siblings, Felicia K. Tall, Frances Tall, Michael Tall and David Tall. He is also survived by nieces & nephews and great great nieces & nephews.
