He is survived by: his significant other Jane Montgomery; his sons, Darryl League (Martha) and Steven League (Delayne); his grandchildren, Kalyn Goodwin (Dillon), Kyle League (Elizabeth), Stephanie Blackmon (Adam), Hailey League, Emily League, Walker League, Presley League and Winston League; his great grandchildren, Mason and Ava; and his sisters, Bennie Thompson (Buford) and Ann Gault.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home (1591 Gadsden Hwy, Birmingham, AL 35235). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
