The memory of Robert V. Schanbacher (Birmingham, Alabama), who passed away on June 13, 2025 at the age of 85, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his wife Aleta Dumas Schanbacher; his parents, Orville W. Schanbacher and Ella Rose Schanbacher; and his siblings, Mary Ann Starke (Walter) and Orville W. Schanbacher Jr. (Eugenia Grubb Schanbacher) of Birmingham.
He is survived by: his son Robert Wilhelm Schanbacher (Sondra) of Oregon City, Oregon.; his grandchildren, Virginia, Zachariah, Robert Jackson and Ella; and his sister Jo Ann Schanbacher Miree of Mt. Brook.
