He was predeceased by: his parents, Chelsie M. Mills and Freida Harper Mills; and his siblings, Sarah Elizabeth Mills and Joe Mills. He is survived by: his significant other Laurie Haworth; his sister Wanda Mills Pauling of Fort Collins; his pet Lucky; and his caregiver Sharrita Williams.
