She is survived by: her son Brian Wesley Ricks (Sheila Hardee Ricks); her grandchildren, Megan Amanda Ricks and Sean Patrick Ricks (Kristina Lauren Ricks); and her great grandchildren, Samuel Weston Ricks, Savannah Lauren Ricks, Elanora Rosalie Ricks and Mable Leeann Ricks. She is also survived by several loving nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in her memory to support macular degeneration research.
