She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin Lauvelle and Sybil Friday of Missouri; her brothers, Kenneth Friday and Bobby Friday; and her brother-in-law Samuel Ray McPherson.
She is survived by: her children, Kathy Joyner (James) and John Ellenburg (Belinda); her grandchildren, Jenny Wyatt (Matthew), Chris Miller (April), Laura Charlton (Zach) and Hunter Ellenburg (Brittney); and her sister Elaine McPherson. She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Jefferson Memorial Gardens East (1591 Gadsden Hwy, Birmingham, AL 35235).
