He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie Kampakis and Toula Kampakis. He is survived by: his wife Susan Swan Kampakis; his children, Demetra Annette Kampakis and John Arris Kampakis; and his mother-in-law Annette Burrow Swan. He is also survived by many brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
