It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sonya Jones of Birmingham, Alabama, who passed away on August 4, 2022, at the age of 47, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Benny Jones; her brothers, Jeremy Jones and Brad Jones; and her grandparents, Alvin, Jessie Mae Taylor, Benjamin and Katheen Jones.
She is survived by: her mother Sherry Jones; her sons, Nicholas Hunter Hicks, Benjamin Wayne Hicks and Ashton Taylor Jones; and her brother Heith Jones.
