She is survived by: her parents, James Coleman Jones and Mary Jane Beach; her stepfather Dr. D. Erskine Carmichael; her sisters, Jenny Jones Thompson and Amy Jones Troukens (Philippe); her stepsiblings, Catherine Carmichael Carter (Chris) and Gilbert G. Carmichael (Jennifer); and her siblings' children, Coleman, Katie Thompson, Jean-Maurice, Lucie Troukens, Daniel, Britton Carter and Lee Carmichael.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Mountain Brook Presbyterian Church, Jane Jones Carmichael Memorial Fund.
