It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sylvia L. Chandler Howard (Birmingham, Alabama), who passed away on February 13, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her former husband John R. Chandler Sr. (Jack); and her husband Richard O. Howard. She is survived by: her children, Debra C. Edwards (Lee) and John R. Chandler Jr. (Nora); her granddaughter Hope Chandler; and her brother Billy Laseter.
