He was predeceased by: his parents, Elizabeth Hand and Henk Meter; and his brother Geoffrey. He is survived by: his wife Micki; his children, Matthew (Callie), Amy (Jeremy), Adam (Anna Kate) and Arjen; his grandchildren, Mia, Parker and Keaton; and his siblings, Arjen and Jean.
