He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Clark Sinclair and Ruth Marion Griffin Sinclair of Boston, MA.. He is survived by: his wife Beth Fountain Sinclair; his sons, Thomas O'Neal Sinclair and Kevin McNeill Sinclair (Caroline); his granddaughter Kaitlyn Ann Sinclair; and his brothers, Robert Clark Sinclair (Donna) and Steven Jon Sinclair (Cathy).
