He was predeceased by: his parents, William Lee McIntyre and Eunice Pearl Smith McIntyre. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia McCracken McIntyre; his children, Jennifer Gardner (Jason), T. J. McIntyre (Melissa) and Katie Duffey (Trey); and his brother William McIntyre (Pam) of Bellville, Wisconsin.. He is also survived by six grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Southern Heritage Cemetery (475 Cahaba Valley Rd, Pelham, AL 35124).
