He was predeceased by : his parents, Thomas Sr. Sizemore and Vonnie Sizemore. He is survived by : his wife Mary Jo Sizemore; his children, Melanie Self, Rosemary Moore (Richard), Mary Lee Mangina (Michael), Tommy Sizemore (Jennifer), Shane Sizemore (Rome) and Dawn Adams (Andy); his sister Sue Buttram; and his grandchildren, Mary Catherine, Joe, Josh, T. J., Tina, Alex, Emily, Austin, Ryan, Andrew, Sophie and Ace. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren, and 2 nephews.
