He is survived by: his children, James Daniel Spencer II (April) and Victoria Spencer; and his siblings, Luberta Gordon, Clinton Maurice Spencer (Brenda), Constance Spencer and Daniel Spencer (Charlotte). He is also survived by two grandsons; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
