He was predeceased by: his parents, George Clifford and Ellizabeth Carter Manuel; his wife Ann Ruley Manuel; and his brother George Clifford Manuel Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Don Manuel (Margaret) and Becky Lary (Frank); and his grandchildren, Bart Lary (Rachel), Blake Lary Carter (Anne), Wilson Manuel (Polly) and Caroline Debardeleben (Prince). He is also survived by twelve great grandchildren.
Memorial donations may be made to Canterbury United Methodist Youth Department or Trinity United Methodist Youth Department or the National Kidney Foundation.
