We are sad to announce that, on September 20, 2025, at the age of 84, William Richards (Birmingham, Alabama) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As William departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved William. Though William may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Abemlish Richards and Georgia Richards Cotton; his brothers, Herbert Arnett and Lindward Richards; and his son Keith Monroe Richards.
He is survived by: his wife Rosetta Lindsey Richards; his son Mark Allen Richards; and his granddaughter Stella Penelope Richards. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
