He was predeceased by: his parents, Forrest L. Brown and Cleo Brown; his parents-in-law, Ocie L. and Delsie Williams; his son Phillip Brown; and his grandchildren, Johnny Brown and MaKayla Hampton.
He is survived by: his wife Beverly Brown; his children, Jonathan Brown (Dana), Christopher Brown, Regina Coupland (Keith) and Kendra Ragsdale (Scott); and his grandchildren, Savannah, Blaine, David, Alisha, Keri, Kaylee, Kaleb and Daniel. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 5th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Etowah Memorial Chapel (12600 US-431, Sardis City, AL 35956). The lying in state will be held on Sunday, October 5th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Happy Hill Baptist Church. A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 5th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
