She was predeceased by: her husband Max Hooks. She is survived by: her children, Beverly Ramsey (Steve), Michael Hooks (Lisa), Dianne Smith (Rickey), Steve Hooks (Lisa) and Kevin Hooks (Cricket); and her brother Eddie Sprayberry (Nadine). She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren.
