She is survived by: her husband Roy Milam Fulmer; her children, Danny Fulmer (Wendy) and Jill Head; her grandchildren, Steven Fulmer, Beth Monroe (Aaron), Carlos Fulmer, Celeste Fulmer and Isaac Head; her great grandchildren, Brooke Monroe, Jonathon Monroe, Emma Monroe and Xander Miller; her great great grandchildren, Isabella Dicken and Madilynn Dicken; and her sister Carol Hoffman. She is also survived by sibling; and many cherished nieces and nephews.
