She was predeceased by: her husband Byron Jay; and her parents, John Hawes and Ora Hawes. She is survived by: her children, Amanda Veigl (Jason), Andy Jay, Adam Jay and Tammy Aguilar (Pollo); and her sister Kathy Moreau (Kip). She is also survived by nine grandchildren, five great-grandchildren.
