With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Barney Moon of Boaz, Alabama, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Barney left this world on May 11, 2025 at the age of 80, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
Though Barney may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Barney touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 15th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Bethlehem Missionary Baptist Church (5850 Sardis Rd, Boaz, AL 35956). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, May 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, May 15th 2025 at the Memory Hill Cemetery (700 Eunice St, Albertville, AL 35950).
In lieu of flowers the family suggests donation to Gideon's International.
