She was predeceased by: her grandson Joshua Maher; and her parents, Maggie VanAlphen and Troy Pounds. She is survived by: her husband Ben Maher; her children, Julie Dilaura (Mark) and Michael Maher (Michele); her grandchildren, Ryan Zayti, Sean Zayti and Amelia Maher; and her brothers, Donnie Pounds (Connie) and Ronnie VanAlphen (Angie). She is also survived by Several Nieces and Nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations be made to Shepherds Cove Hospice.
