Shirley Marie Pell wrote a sympathy message

“I will miss Aunt Ruth but I have so many happy memories of family dinners and especially Christmas dinners. She always treated my girls like her grandkids. I have so many happy memories of only not only Aunt Ruth but also Uncle JT and precious Zach. I loved and respected Aunt Ruth and she always gave wonderful advice. Barbara and Johnny, I Know how hard it is to lose your mother. My Mom has been gone for 21 years and not a day goes by that I wouldn't give just to call her just one more time. Your family will be in my thoughts and prayers.”
