It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Brewton of Boaz, Alabama, who passed away on August 3, 2025, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Arlin Gable and Emmie Gilmer Gable; her husband Jack Brewton; her son Terry Brewton; and her siblings, Charles Gable, Wendell Gable, Roy Gable, Dot Ellis, Edna Gable and Lillian Salers.
She is survived by: her sisters, Annabell Taylor of Douglas, Jo Pate of Boaz and Judy Floyd of Snead. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations to In the Midst Honduras, P.O. Box 402, Boaz, AL 35957.
