Rickey Rudd wrote a sympathy message

“Charlie will be deeply missed. He had an impact on everyone that he met, especially if you got to know him. Those that knew him will never forget him. He was always quick with a "Hi, how are you doing." and was always ready to lend a hand if someone needed help. I don't think there was anything that man could not fix. You couldn't have a better neighbor than Charlie! Godspeed old buddy, rest in peace. Dawn Wulber and Rickey Rudd”
