He was predeceased by : his parents, Monroe Kelley and Katie Lee Kelley; his son Charles Monroe Kelley, Jr.; and his sisters, Barbara Harris and Nell Ledbetter.
He is survived by : his wife Jeannie Kelley; his son Scottie Kelley (Robin); his grandchildren, Jessica Rasmussen, Jonathan Rasmussen, Trevor Kelley and Hannah Kate Kelley; his great grandchildren, Brayden Scott Rasmussen and Emmy Grace Rasmussen; and his siblings, Carolyn Scott (Thomas), Sandy Boozer and David Kelley (Doris).
