He was predeceased by: his parents, Otho Miller and Mayme Elder Miller. He is survived by: his close friends, Deidre Hill of Boaz, Kelli of Boaz and Chris Whorton of Boaz; his brother-in-law Donald Ray Hubbard of Attalla; and his wife Charlotte H. Miller.
