He was predeceased by: his parents, V. S. Bouldin and Flonnie Haygood Bouldin; and his siblings, Durall, Ernest, Preston Bouldin and Inez Bouldin.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Oliver Bouldin of Boaz; his children, Jason Bouldin (Sandy) of Boaz and Jennifer Bouldin Plunkett of Boaz; his grandchildren, Madison Bouldin Cobb (Coby), Emmalee Beck, Makenlee Beck, Samantha Chamblee and Jacob Chamblee; his sister Judy Russell of Georgia; and his sisters-in-law, Betty Bouldin, Jean Bouldin and Kasen Fountain.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations to Shepherd's Cove Hospice, 408 Martling Road, Albertville, AL 35951 or the Calvary Missionary Baptist Church Playground Fund.
