She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Hedgepeth and Maudie Garmon Hedgepeth; her husband Nolan Brock; her children, Marty Brock, Pam Gilbert and Sheila Talliaferro; and her granddaughter Amanda Smith.

She is survived by: her children-in-law, Lisa Brock of Boaz and Richard Gilbert (Diane) of Boaz; her grandchildren, Nicole Knight (Jason), Brock Gilbert (Stephanie), Kari Hooper (Tyler) and Anna Brock (Katlin); her great grandchildren, Caleb, Colby, Braden Knight, Kaygan Shelton, Marlie, Maelyn Kreger, Aleigha and Aubrey Brock; and her sisters, Shelby (Fred Steward) and Eloise Lee of Glencoe.

The family suggests in lieu of flowers donations be made to either the Sardis Cemetery or Shepherd's Cove Hospice.
