He is survived by: his sisters, Joan Thomas, Kathy Marks and Donna Fish; his niece Sherrie Lemons; his great-nephew Chris St. John; his parents-in-law, Fred and Margaret Gray; his wife Carolyn Kilpatrick; his daughters, Kim Stanfield (Jared), Kelly Kilpatrick and Kala Kilpatrick; his grandchildren, Maggy Sims, Jessi Kilpatrick, Jordan Hooks, Logan Hooks (Autumn), Slade Partee (Savannah), Hudson Kilpatrick, Holly McBrayer (Tim) and Fallon Korsmo (Dan); his great grandchildren, Adalyn, Aubree Sims, Lydia Hubbard, Wilder, Paizlee Partee, Kobe, Andy, Wesley Korsmo, Wyatt Kiser, Levi Hooks and Ethan McBrayer; and his grandson Jacob Stanfield.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Mcrae Funeral Home (99 Glenda Dr, Boaz, AL 35957). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the McRae Chapel (99 Glenda Dr, Boaz, AL 35957).
