He was predeceased by: his parents, Sidney Chapman Sr. and Georgia Johnson Chapman; and his siblings, Jack Chapman, Smith of Missouri, Maxine Hernandez, Lana Kays, John Chapman, Sandra Gail Chapman, Allene Koloff, Sidney Chapman, Ona Lee Flippo and Venie Rayburn.
He is survived by: his wife Kim Chapman; his siblings, Priscilla Peterson (Gene) and Allen Chapman (Zenna); and his grandchildren, Mia Norman, Sophia Norman, Tiffany Riddle, William Riddle, Alexiss Norman and Braxton Norman. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family, and friends.
