He is survived by: his children, Philip Smith (Kathy) and Susan Clements (Michael); his grandchildren, Christopher Clements, Catherine Clements, Dylan Smith and Amanda Woodard; and his sisters, Jane Alexander and Martha Pounds. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
