He is survived by: his children, Delta Finch (Rickey), Dedra Whittenberg (Earnie), Danyiel Hallmark, Deletta Hallmark and Dylan Hallmark; his grandchildren, Deannia, Hannah, Josh and Austin; his great grandchildren, Brody, Jade, Isaac and Evan; and his sisters, Joan Moman, Janet Rogers and Kathy Bryant. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
