He is survived by : his mother Tommie Joyce Valentine Burton; his girlfriend Tammy Allison of Boaz, AL; his daughter Amanda DuBois of Puryear, TN; his sister Tina Spies (Danny) of Mt. Juliet, TN; his grandchildren, Mikali Mounts and Casey Mounts; his aunts, Jan Brown (Johnny) and Gayneita Gallimore (Weldon); his uncle Dwight Valentine (Kathy) of Puryear, TN; and his pet Scooter.
