He is survived by: his wife Peggy Butler Miller; his children, Justin Miller (Beverly), Preston Miller and April Miller; and his siblings, Andy Miller, James Miller, Larry Miller, Catherine Watson, Faye Bartlett, Caroline Sims, Angie Pate, Eloise Venable, Hazel Morrow and Martha Smith. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
