He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Evans of Boaz; his son Kevin Evans of Boaz; his grandchildren, Andrew Evans, Angela Evans, Tyler Evans, Grant Evans and Amanda Eghtedari; and his brother William Evans of Illinois.
