He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Floyd (Garnie Floyd) and Joan Floyd. He is survived by: his son Jeff; his daughter-in-law Rachel Floyd of Gordo; his daughters, Rhonda (Bobby Ballentine), Connie (Anthony Hambey) and Sonya (Scott Rose); his grandchildren, Thomas Floyd, Tristan Floyd, Leah, Brad Gaylor, Haley, Tyler Tarvin, Kalyn, Nick Bates and Jason Hambey; his great grandchildren, McKenna Gaylor, Elijah Gaylor, Jocelyn Bates and Penelope Bates; and his caregiver Lynne Johnson.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, July 3rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Marshall Memorial Gardens (3364 AL-205, Albertville, AL 35950).
In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations to Shepherd's Cove Hospice, 408 Martling Road, Albertville, AL 35951.
