He is survived by: his children, Donnie Kelley (Dawn), Tim Kelley (Anita), Michael Kelley and Stacey Lang (Steven); his siblings, Linda Blocker, Zula Mintz (James) and Ross Kelley (Dela); and his sister-in-law Paula Kelley. He is also survived by 13 Grandchildren, 26 Great Grandchildren, 3 Great-Great Grandchildren.
