She was predeceased by: her husband John H. Rohlfs; her parents, Eloy Howerton and Lydia Howerton; her brother Charles; her sister-in-law Dorothy Howerton; and her sister Mildred Howerton Kates.
She is survived by: her children, Brian Rohlfs (Melanie Rohlfs), Melanie Schmidt (Gary Schmidt) and Elisabeth Rohlfs-Hill (Bradford Hill); her sister Norma; and her brother-in-law Jerry Martin. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; and sixteen great-grandchildren.
Honoring Marje's heartfelt desire to continue supporting the spread of the Gospel, the family requests that in lieu of flowers memorial gifts be made to the Lottie Moon Christmas Offering for International Missions, in care of First Baptist Church of Boaz, 225 S Main St, Boaz, AL 35957.
