She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Edgar Nelson and Lila Hudson Nelson; her sons, Dan (Myra Bryson), Don (Deena Bryson) and Doug (Cheryl Bryson); her grandchildren, Stephanie, Jody Johnson, Spencer, Dani Bryson, Colby Bryson, Sara, Austin Nelson, Joshua, Mikki Bryson, Jacob and Meagan Bryson; her brother Gerald; her sister-in-law Shirley Nelson of Birmingham; her sisters, Joy Price of Pell City and Geneil (Dewayne Miller); her former husband Alton Colby Bryson; and her husband David Horton.

The family requests adherence to the current health restrictions of masks and social distancing.
