Norris Vaughn, age 71, of Boaz, passed away on Wednesday, August 20, 2025 at his residence.

He is survived by his sons; Norris "Laney" Vaughn (Terah), Wesley Vaughn, chosen sons; Jett Brown, Chris Brown, and Tim Kitchens, daughters; April Vaughn, Wendy Fordham (Tony), chosen daughter; Maria Vaughn, partner and best friend; Elaine Kline, brother; Hoyt Vaughn (Nadine), sister-in-laws; Debbie Vaughn, and Sylvia Vaughn, grandchildren; Alexis Vaughn, Mason Vaughn, Sierra (Xavier) Morris, Kaitlyn Vanwinkle, Maleah (Brent) Williams, Madysen Baker and Natalie Vaughn, chosen grandchildren; Zaylee McCurdy, Payton Brown, Naomi Brown, Kallum Brown, Makenzlei Brown, Braxton Jones, and AJ Fordham.

He is preceded in death by his parents; Henry & Norrie Ruth Wilkerson Vaughn, brothers; JD Vaughn, Roy Vaughn, Charlie Vaughn, James Vaughn, and Jerry Vaughn, sisters; Louise Greesom, Dorothy Caudle, and Nancy Collins.

His. Memorial Service will be at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 24, 2025 at Etowah Memorial Chapel. The family will receive friends from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. before the service. Bro. Jeff Stanford will be officiating.
