He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lester Ballew, Jr. and Damaris Shelton Ballew; and his brother Dr. Robert Ballew III. He is survived by: his wife Kristen J. Ballew; his daughters, Celeste (Brian Wooten) and Nicole (Cody Myers); his grandchildren, Emma Claire Dooley (Garrison), Kalena Smart (Gavin), Ava Catherine Wooten, Aiden Wooten, Garrett Myers, Rylan Myers and Dalton Myers; his great grandchildren, Blu Smart and Bodie Smart; and his siblings-in-law, Soundra Ballew, Sheena Shevlin (Justin), Daniel Moran and Shane Moran. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 23rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel (1340 N Main St, Arab, AL 35016). A funeral service was held on Sunday, November 23rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
