He was predeceased by: his wife Debrah Kay Duke; and his parents, Howard Duke and Lucille Duke. He is survived by: his sister-in-law Marilyn Hill; his nieces and nephews, Michael Hill, Gwendolen Duvall (Tim), Kimberly Steele (Steve) and Christopher Steele (Michelle); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Bailey McQuade (Andrew), Parker Steele (Tayler) and Aaron Steele; and his close friends, Jackie Kammer and Sharon Tarvin.
