He is survived by: his wife Amy Hale; his father Samuel Nelson Hale, Sr.; his children, Joe Clay (Tori), Carl Clay (Lauren) and Destin Hudgins; and his grandchildren, McKinley, Jerimiah Hudgins, Michelle and Trinity Cormier. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
