She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Germinaro and Sylvia Germinaro; her siblings, Rita Gross, Joseph Germinaro and Frankie Germinaro; the father of her children Randall Hendrix; and her granddaughter Haley Hendrix.
She is survived by: her children, Cindy Buchanan (Stacy), Raymond Hendrix, Lisa Hendrix and Holly Amos (Jermey); and her grandchildren, Brittany Hendrix, Meagan Hendrix, Travis Hendrix, Cordell Hendrix, Amber Hendrix, Casey Hendrix, Ashley Kaiser, Landyn Amos and Skyler Amos. She is also survived by 23 Great-Grandchildren; 4 Sisters and 2 Brothers.
