It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Nixon of Boaz, Alabama, who passed away on November 7, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Thomas Nixon to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Cois Alvin and Mary Margurite Bowman Nixon; his wife Janice Rhoades Nixon; his sisters, Mary Ethel Nixon and Martha Nixon Lee; his great grandchild Kaelyn Jones; and his pets, Katie Bell and June Bug.

He is survived by: his children, Kevin Nixon, Angel Satterfield (Brian), Trista Chamblee (Wayne), Gene Nixon and Tony Nixon; and his brothers, Larry Nixon (Shirley), Bruce Nixon (Carla) and John Nixon (Toni). He is also survived by six grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
