He is survived by : his wife Donna Johnson; his sons, Kody Johnson (Erin) and Trevor Johnson; his grandson Easton Chase Johnson; his mother-in-law Linda Stanfield; and his siblings, Mark Johnson, Angie (Phillip), Joseph Byrd (Lindsey) and Doug Byrd (Sheina). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
