He is survived by: his significant other Sweetpea (Donna McWhorter) of Boaz; his children, April Burns of Boaz, Shawna McWhorter of Huntsville, Kayla, Chase Randolph of Boaz and Ben (Morgan McWhorter); his grandchildren, Will Burman, Indy Kate Randolph, Olivia McWhorter and Sophia McWhorter; his daughter-in-law Brittney Scott; his siblings, Geneva Staton Smith (Tommy) of Boaz, Cynthia Jones of Boaz, Terry Staton (Jane) of Albertville, Freddie McWhorter (Lanie) of Albertville, Jerry McWhorter (Wonda) of Albertville and Max McWhorter (Annette) of Douglas; his brother-in-law Carl Jones; and his pet Buffy. He is also survived by nieces & Nephews.
