He was predeceased by: his son Steven Danley; and his father Thomas Hayward Danley. He is survived by: his wife Cricket Edna Danley of Brantley, AL; his children, Shyane Danley of Brantley, AL, Thomas Danley of Brantley, AL and Ethan Danley of Brantley, AL; his brother Patrick Danley of Opp, AL; and his mother Weader Danley. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
